I haven't heard back from my enquiry - what's going on?
We ask our owners to respond to enquiries as quickly as possible - within 2 days maximum, though most will aim to get back to you that day.
Sometimes the responses can get lost in spam folders, especially if you have an account with free providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo and GMail, so do check there if you haven't heard back.
If all else fails, do pick up the phone if you're keen and the owner has a phone number on their page. Our owners are a lovely bunch and will be happy to help. If there's no phone number on their page, you might find a number or a direct email address on their own website, or you can send a new enquiry via Sawday's.
